Al-Jamal (born April 3, 1957 in Beirut, January 1, 2014 in Prague) is a Palestinian diplomat, ambassador to the Czech Republic from October 10, 2013 to his death.

Born in a refugee camp in Lebanon, Beirut; His parents were from Jafa in Israel. Since 1975 it belonged to the Al-Fatah party. Since 1979 he has worked in the embassy in Bulgaria and since 1984 he has been a diplomat in Czechoslovakia, where he served briefly for ambassador duties. 2005-2013 was a general consul in Alexandria.
