Antoni Sokołowski (born March 5, 1940, died on March 12, 2017) - Polish boxer, medalist of the Polish boxing championship. Curriculum vitae

As a player he was a BBTS student in Bielsko-Biała and he fought in the mustache category. In the 1959/1960 season, in the colors of the Bielsko team, he won the title of team champion of Poland. He was a bronze medalist of the individual Polish championships in 1961 and 1962. After moving to Jastrzębia, he was a miner of Jas-Mos, then a longtime manager of the GKS Jastrzębie team (in 1977 his team celebrated the Polish championship). He died on March 12, 2017 and was buried in the Roman Catholic Cemetery at ul. Grunwaldzka in Bielsko-Biała.
