Ángel María (José Sánchez Rodríguez) (born 2 August 1918 in Pajares, died 18 August 1936 in Carabanchel) is a Spanish Carmelite, martyr and blessed Catholic Church. Curriculum vitae

José Sánchez Rodríguez was born on August 2, 1918. In 1934 he entered the Carmelite Order, and on September 15, 1935 he made a religious vows and received the name of Ángel María. After the outbreak of civil war in Spain, he died in the Carabanchel cemetery. Beatified by Pope Francis in the group of 522 martyrs on October 13, 2013.
