Młyniska (stream)
Młyniska - a stream, a tributary of Quiet Woda, considered as the lower course of Strążyski Stream. Renovation of the Strążyski Stream to Młyniska occurs from the mouth of the Potok to the hole. In the past, the name of the Młyniska Stream was extended upwards, probably related to the Młyniska glade in the lower part of the Strążyska Valley.
The Młyniska stream starts its course at 897 m and flows in Rowie Zakopiański with an average drop of 3%. Meandering, gouging in the accumulation material (stones, gravel) with a depth of up to 2 m, in some places up to flysch ground. In the permeable substrate loses about 20% of water. The measurements made on August 18, 1956 showed a flow of 101.1 l / s at the mouth of the Tatra River, and at the mouth of the White River only 88 l / s. It goes to Quiet Water as its right tributary at an altitude of 821 m. It is located at the Łukaszówka estate at a coordinates 49 ° 17'59 "N 19 ° 56'47" E / 49,299,722 19,946389. From its mouth, Quiet Water changes its name to Zakopane.
It has three tributaries: the Stream towards the Hole, the White River and the Folkstown River.
