Mike Hookem


Mike Hookem (born 2 October 1953 in Kingston upon Hull) is a British politician and Member of the European Parliament for the 8th term. Curriculum vitae

He dropped out at the age of 15, two years later he joined the Royal Air Force. Later he worked as a carpenter and carpenter, trained in City & amp; Guilds. He returned to the army for nine years serving in the sapper squad. He then went on to run his own business. In 2007 he joined the UK Independent Party and became its regional chair in Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire, and also ran from her arm unsuccessfully in 2010 to the House of Commons.

In the European elections in 2014, Mike Hookem on behalf of UKIP obtained the mandate of the 8th MEP.
