Obermus - a sweet, old-fashioned dessert made from almonds and wine and cinnamon. The whole is baked in small molds. The dish is mentioned for the first time at Compendium Ferculorum.

Basic ingredients: almonds, sugar, white wine, cinnamon, powdered sugar. The almonds should first be brewed with boiling water and cleaned of the brown epidermis. Then crush on the pulp in a mortar with sugar. Dilute with wine. Pour the prepared ingredients into a heat-resistant dish sprinkled with cinnamon. Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
