Magnus I (Prince of Mecklenburg)

Magnus I (died September 1, 1384) - Prince of Mecklenburg-Schwerin since 1383, with his older brother Albrecht III (at the same time the king of Sweden) and nephew of Henry III (son of Albrecht IV). Magnus was the third son of Prince Mecklenburg-Schwerin of Albrecht II and Eufemia, the daughter of the Prince of Sudermans Erica Magnusson from the Swedish royal family Folkung.

Magnus' wife was Elisabeth, the daughter of Vologda-Ruthenian Prince Barnum IV of Good. They had two children: the daughter of Eufemia, wife of Prince Werle Baltazar, and son of John IV, Prince of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. Bibliography

According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
