Lao Lishi (Chinese: 勞麗 詩; pinyin: Láo Lību (born December 12, 1987) is a Chinese water jumper, two times Olympic medalist from Athens.

The 2004 Games were her only Olympic Games. After the gold reached the synchronous jumping from the tower of ten meters, Li Ting partnered her. Individually in the jumps from the tower took second place, behind the Australian Chantelle Newbery. In synchronized jumps from the tower in 2003 she reached the title of world champion, together with Li Ting and was second individual. In 2002 she won the gold at the Asian Games (jumping from the tower individually).
