From October 31, 1961 to March 29, 1966 Deputy CPSU Central Committee, from March 24, 1962 to January 18, 1964 Minister for the production and stock of agricultural products RFSRR and simultaneously I Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers RFSRR, retired January 1964.
