Rémi Thirion


Rémi Thirion (born April 23, 1990) is a French mountain cyclist, bronze medalist of the World and European Championships. Career

Rémi Thirion's first success came in 2008, when he won the bronze medal in junior downhill at the Val di Sole World Championship. In this competition he lost only two Britons: Josh Bryceland and Sam Dale. The following year's European Championships in Zoetermeer in the same age category were again the third. On the podium of the World Cup in mountain biking for the first time in his career was July 28, 2013 in Vallnord. Frenchman won there in downhill, ahead of British Gee Atherton and Australian Samuel Hill. Bibliography
