Nika Kłosowska


Nika Kłosowska-Wohlman (born 1909, died December 16, 2001 in Melbourne) - Polish political scientist and translator, author of memories.

Curriculum vitae

A graduate of the Political Science School in Vilnius. During her studies, she was friends with Czesław Miłosz. A student of Wiktor Sukiennicki. In the years 1938-1939 she was an employee of the Labor Fund. In 1939-1941, a prisoner in the USSR. Then a soldier of the Polish Army in the USSR (1941-1942), the Polish Army in the East (1942-1943) and the 2nd Polish Corps (1943-1947). After the war she remained in exile.
