Czesław Kazimierz Mądry (born on August 30, 1942 in Sowach) - Polish farmer, deputy to the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic of the seventh and eightth term. Curriculum vitae

He has completed secondary education, a farmer by profession. He joined the United People's Party in 1966, where he was a member of the county and provincial committees. He was a councilor in the Poviat National Council in Milicz. In 1976 and 1980 he was elected to the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic in the 7th and 8th term in the Wrocław district. He sat on the Maritime Economy and Shipping Committee for two terms. In addition, in the 7th term of office he was a member of the Mining, Energy and Chemistry Committee, and in the 8th term he was a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food Industry and the Committee on Agriculture, Food Economy and Forestry.
