Edward Zawidowski


Edward Zawidowski - Polish rally driver and racing driver.

Born in Lviv, a leading Polish competitor of the interwar period. He occupied Austro-Daimler third place in the 3146 km long Rally Poland in 1929. On August 25 of that year he won the Stryj-Lviv race. With 18 points he finished third in the Polish Championship in 1929. He announced his start at the 1930 Grand Prix of Lviv, but did not participate in the Grand Prix. In 1931 he borrowed a Ratt Bugatti T43 from the Grand Prix of Lwow. He was nominated for the 1933 Grand Prix of Lviv at the Bugatti T35B, but did not race in the flu season.
