Scalogram
Skalograms with discrete wavelet transform and continuous wavelet transformation for audio recording.
Skalogram - a visual representation of wavelet transform in digital signal processing, an estimate of energy density in time-scale space. The skalogram consists of three axes: the x axis represents the time, the y axis the scale a, and the axis of the wavelet coefficient. Most commonly the values of the z axis are represented by a change of color or brightness.
Skalogram is a wavy equivalent of a periodogram.
