The root spinal nerve root (radix ventralis nervi spinalis) - the front root of the spinal nerve, contains from 5 to 10 tufts of nerve fibers (root strands) coming from the anterior root (anterior lateral furrow) of the spinal cord, which extend towards the lateral side. In the intervertebral structure, they connect to the posterior (dorsal) root in the stem of the spinal nerve. It contains centrifugal (motor and autonomous) fibers. Bibliography
