Henk Janssen
Hendrikus Alexander "Henk" Janssen (born June 17, 1890 in Arnhem, died 28 August 1969) is a Dutch rostrum runner, Olympic vice-champion.
Janssen competed at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp. At these games the athlete along with the Dutch national team won a silver medal in rope draw (it was the last official tournament in this discipline at the Olympic Games). With his teammates won the semi-final against Italy (2-0) and advanced to the finals. The Dutch lost 0-2 to the British, but they were still in second place. They won 2-0 with Belgian drafters and won Olympic silver.
It was the only Olympic competition in which Janssen took part. Bibliography
