Aleksandr Matwiejewicz Minajew-Cikanowski, owner Shay Moszkowicz Cikanowski (Александр Матвеевич Минаев-Цикановский (born February 1888 in Odessa, February 25, 1939) - Jew, Soviet security officer, heavy industry of the USSR (1938).
