Valeriy Sajkin
Executive Officer of the Moscow City Council (1986-1990), Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1986-1990), Member of the State Duma (1999-2003). 1952-1956 studied in mechanical engineering, then worked as a former and metallurgist in a car factory, 1964 graduated from the Allied Institute of Engineering, 1966 in the CPSU. Since 1971 deputy chief engineer in a car factory, since 1981 I Deputy General Director, and from 1982 to 1986 the General Director of the car plant ZIŁ. It contributed to a significant increase in the productivity of the factory production and the development of metallurgy. 1986-1990 Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, from April to August 1990 Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Russia FSRR, from August 1990 to April 1991 I Deputy Chairman of the Office of the Council of Ministers of Russia FSRR, Engineering, from April to August 1991 I Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the USSR Engineering. Member of the 11th Congress of the USSR. In June 1991 he took part in the Moscow Mayor's election and took second place behind Gavril Popov. 1992-1995 re-director of the automobile plant ZIŁ, 1999-2003 deputy of the State Duma, member of the KPFR faction.
