Garden of trees
(Persian: بوستان, pronounced Bustān) is a volume of poetry written by the Persian author Sadi from Shiraz, completed in 1257 and dedicated to the Saadi dynasty (I or II) of the Salghury dynasty of Fars.
This is Sadi's first work. It contains the fruits of his long experience and his lifelong views, illustrated by a rich collection of anecdotes. Sadi talks about his travels, analyzes human psychology. With enthusiasm she shares knowledge and gives advice like Ezop.
Tomik is written in the style of mathnawī (rhymed couplets).
There is no Polish translation.
