Paweł Wasiljewicz Finogienov (Russian: Павел Васильевич Финогенов, born February 28, 1919 in the village of Fomino in the Pskov region, 22 January 2004 in Moscow) - Soviet politician, defense minister of the USSR (1979-1989), Hero of Socialist Labor (1976). Curriculum vitae

From January 1979 to July 1989 Minister of Defense Industry of the USSR, 1981-1990 Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, since 1989 retired.
