Jeppe Sebastian Kofod (born March 14, 1974 in Copenhagen) is a Danish politician, party activist, national MP, Member of the European Parliament, VIII term. Curriculum vitae

In 2004 he graduated in social sciences from the University of Roskilde. He was a Fellow of the Fulbright Foundation. In 2007 he earned a MPA degree from Harvard University. He worked briefly as a teacher, engaged in party activities within the Danish Social Democrats. In 1998 he was elected to the Folketinget constituency of Bornholm. The mandate of the deputy was again obtained in 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2011.
