Iwan Rohacz
Ivan Rohacz (born 29 May 1914 in Bereznem - February 18, 1942 in Babim Yar) is a Ukrainian journalist, youth and political activist in Transcarpathia, member of the Ukrainian National Defense, a Sicilian Carpathian soldier.
In 1938, editor of the newspaper Nowa Swoboda, in the years 1938-1939 personal secretary of President Augustyn Voloshin. In 1941, a member of the OUN-M marching group, headed for Kiev, in Kiev worked as an editor of the Ukrainian Bible. Arrested by the Gestapo along with sister Hanna, they were both murdered in 1942.
