The badge is an isosceles cross with dimensions 33x33 mm. On the cross side of the cross is a toothed wheel, and on it the organizational stamp of the ZMW in the form of a stylized candle, above the green background inscription: ZMW, ending with a red flame directed to the right; The cross arms are joined by stylized wheat ears arranged in the shape of a diamond. On the reverse side there is a sign: ZA / ZASŁUGI / DLA / ZMW on the invoiced background. The design is suspended on a green 33 mm wide ribbon with a white vertical strip of 8 mm in width, and on either side red stripes of 3 mm wide, then green stripes of 6 mm wide, followed by red stripes of 1.5 mm wide and The edges of the ribbon are green after 2 mm.
