Palúdžanka

Krizska valley, which flows Palúdžanka

Palúdžanka - a stream in the Várze river basin in Slovakia. Its highest sources are situated at an altitude of about 1525 m in the valley of Chabenec in the Low Tatras. It flows through the valley named Krížska valley, fed by short tributaries from both its slopes and from Krížske sedlo. The lower part of this valley is divided into two troughs. After leaving the Low Tatras, it flows into the Liptov Valley, where the left channel divides again into two branches: Dúbravka and Čemník. The main channel of Palúdžanki flows through Lazisko, Svätý Kríž and Galovany. In the latter it is seen as an artificial reservoir of Liptovská Mara. This is 560-566 m at 49 ° 04'57 "N 19 ° 32'18" E / 49.082500 19.538333.

The main tributary is the right-side stream Mošnica, where the greater part of the catchment is located in the Low Tatras, but goes to Palúdžanka on the Liptov Basin in Lazisko. In the lower reaches of Palúdžanka, the meadows are lined in the Liptov Valley.
